I want to take this opportunity to wish you and your loved ones an inspiration-filled festive season, and an abundant and joyful 2026. May it be filled with everything your heart desires.
We’re taking 4 weeks’ break from our Oil Temple bulletins, to give me a chance to catch my breath for the transformational year ahead. Our office will reopen on 5th January 2026 with my beautiful assistants Cley and Kath manning the fort if there’s anything you need.
I’ll be honest that I thought this year would be breezier than last year (when part of my home flooded thanks to a cheeky python who turned a tap on!!!!). But I’d have to say it’s been even more intense. Have you felt that, too?
All I can say is “Thank GOD I have my oils!!!” Thank you Gary and Mary for bringing this most life-giving gift to us.
I’d love to share with you the highlights of 2025 at The Oil Temple, so you know what exciting things we’ve been up to this year. Enjoy!!!
We kick started 2025 in February with our Abundance Coaching. 13 amazing Oil Temple Tribe women were invited to this 5 part coaching series, to learn how to effectively share Young Living with others, how to grow their Canva skills, and how to confidently host Zoom meetings.
I love the concept of working smarter not harder. We do this by refining our skills, so that every step of sharing and helping others becomes easier. My favourite part was our weekly Wins & Goals check-ins.
This allowed each participant to hold themselves accountable to their own dreams (and the action steps towards those dreams).
Looking back now, I’m tempted to run another round next year…what do you think?
March saw me teaching a Level 2 Raindrop Technique course at my home in Byron Bay. This brings me so much joy, helping students to refine their Raindrop Technique so that every step is the most effective it can be, bringing profound results to each recipient. I was even blessed to have Bec Kinderman (a fellow Diamond in Young Living) attending the training.
The amazing Kate Sales followed up with a Level 1 Raindrop Technique course in Perth in November, so that our

In April 2025 our beloved Sophie (who has been by my side at the Oil Temple for over four years) welcomed her beautiful baby girl Norah into the world. It was such a joyful moment for all of us, and we’re beyond thrilled for Sophie and Frazer.
As Sophie stepped into motherhood, we welcomed Natalie to our team. Nat stepped into Sophie’s big shoes, and brought her wonderful sense of humour, groundedness and insight to everything she did for us and our Oil Temple tribe.
From day one, she was a natural fit….until Nat made the difficult decision to leave in order to focus on her own business, and Cley, Kath and I took over the reins.
In May 2025, I visited the Fuller Life Centre in Bali. This centre was created by Frances Fuller, now 82 years young. Frances started her Young Living journey around the same time as me (1998), and has a wealth of knowledge around the Young Living oils and various healing modalities. Visitors receive 3 treatments a day, and I was there for 5 days….it filled my cup so beautifully.
Something special happened while I was there. I met Baby Rose, a baby goat who was born almost blind, leaving her unable
to stand and self-feed.
I’m so grateful to have been there at the right place and the right time.
When I saw her blindness and realised how weak she was, I started performing daily “Kambing Raindrop” on her (Kambing being the Indonesian word for goat). The result was amazing. Even more beautiful was the helper I had (pictured here). Chris was a guest at Fuller Life, and Baby Rose touched his heart. He continued to bathe her and give her Kambing Raindrops after I’d already left the centre. As I watched him pour love on her, I realised how much she was craving touch. Her own mother was not at all maternal, and Chris was giving her the love and touch she needed. Read the full story here.
Still in May 2025 I had the opportunity to visit Young Living’s Cinnamon Bark farm and distillery in Sri Lanka, as part of this year’s Diamond Retreat. Visiting our farms and partner farms has always been an unforgettable adventure for me.
I took the opportunity to walk the fields, touch the plants, and discover first-hand the care that goes into our beautiful Cinnamon Bark essential oil. I also went on a safari into Kumana and then Yala national park, to meet and greet some animals I’ve never
seen before – leopards, a sloth bear, and even a playful mongoose. I was in my element!
Then there was the magic of Diamond Retreat. I first reached the rank of Diamond in Young Living in 2009, and except for a few years when we had the pandemic, I’ve never missed a trip. It’s also the most wonderful opportunity to reconnect with the many friends I’ve made through these retreats. Here’s me with the beautiful Sarah Harnisch, fellow Diamond and author of Game Plan.
Next year in April we’re on a cruise from Greece to Croatia to Italy, and I’m already counting down the months!!!
In June 2025, I travelled to Perth where I ran a special one day oils event. This included a morning Sound Healing using essential oils. This was followed by an afternoon Psychic and Soul Activation class, where I helped participants expand their inner guidance and intuition, to become highly attuned to messages around their Young Living oils.
Then in August 2025, I ran the first in a series of Special Oils events which started in Melbourne, and went on to Byron Bay and then Sydney in November 2025.
It was so beautiful to see familiar faces and meet new friends. We did both ancient and modern practises using essential oils, and created a love-affair with one of the most amazing essential oils on our Planet. I plan to continue running this class in SE QLD, Adelaide and Perth next year, as I don’t want anyone to miss out on this incredible information. Stay tuned for more information!
In Aug 2025, we also had an online workshop with naturopath and Instagram warrior, Jen Tran. Jen delivered so much incredible quality information, as we learned about the keys to growing an aligned and impactful Instagram presence centred around our Young Living products.
Jen will be back in 2026 to run some new trainings, so stay tuned for these exciting online events.
In Sep 2025, I was honoured to speak alongside other Diamond Leaders Kylie Bryant, Bec Kinderman and Naomi Wells in a panel discussion in the Young Living RISE Leadership Summit in Adelaide.
The following day I hosted a team event in Adelaide. We had 92 of our team attend this amazing event, and 5 incredible speakers (this pic shows Alison demonstrating how to ground and protect ourselves using essential oils). The feedback we received was sooooooo wonderful. It was a truly
inspiring event that people are still talking about.
Young Living’s convention will be in Perth in June 2026, so stay tuned for another exciting team event the following day (on the Sunday).
Oct 2025 saw me in my element again at another Young Living partner farm, with a bunch of excited Young Living leaders who had won their place on this trip. For many, it was their first time visiting a Young Living farm.
This time it was here in Australia, at our Blue Cypress farm just outside of Darwin. We had the opportunity to visit the distillery and the farm, and learn so many fascinating tips about how Blue Cypress oil is produced, and its many uses. Read the full story here.
Not only did we enjoy a fun day of cruising the river watching crocodiles jumping out of the water for morsels of meat.
In November 2025, we wrapped up all of our Aromatica practitioner courses for the year with a Raindrop Technique Level 1 course in Perth and a 7 day Egyptian Emotional Clearing Technique retreat in Byron Bay.
I love deep diving into the spiritual and emotional benefits of essential oils in the Egyptian Emotional Clearing Technique course. To see the life-changing transformations in the participants reminds me of the truly incredible gift that our
