4 Steps to Boosting your Energy Naturally


Hasn’t 2020 been a huge year? It’s given so many gifts and challenges all at once. How has the year been for you?

My life is normally so full of travel that I feel like I never get to simply “be”. This year, I’ve had months of being able to stay home and ground, and hop into positive routines around fitness, eating, sun-gazing and self-care…..not to mention that my cats are loving having me around so consistently! So the year has held many positives.

Yet despite these gifts, it’s still been a huge year for me, as I’m sure it’s been for you.  So many people are feeling it at this tail end of the year. So it’s the perfect time to send out this email (which I wrote a few years ago).

Regardless of what’s happening in your life, I’m sure the promise of extra energy will be extremely appealing. In fact, many people who use this 4 step process claim that they get a 50% increase in energy! How great is that!!!!

4 Steps to boosting your energy naturally

Step 1: Morning EndoFlex and En-R-Gee ritual

Thanks Katie Bashford for sharing this wonderful technique with us! Each morning, put 5 drops of EndoFlex oil blend and 5 drops of En-R-Gee oil blend into your palms, rub your palms 3 times clockwise, then rub the mix over your throat and also on either side of your spine just under the ribs (in the region of your adrenals). 
The 3 times clockwise movement is optional, however it “activates” the oil by setting an intention into it.

Our DNA spins clockwise when we are in balance, so by using a clockwise rotation with the oil, we are affirming health through every level of our Being, including on a cellular and DNA level.

And why these 2 oils? EndoFlex is fantastic for helping us remain balanced in our emotions and moods. Combining Spearmint, Sesame Seed Oil, Sage, Geranium, Myrtle, German Chamomile & Nutmeg, it helps even out the energy dips of the day, and supports us in being able to “speak out” and be heard (hence the reason we place it onto our throat chakra, the energetic centre of communication).En-R-Gee is your go-to for naturally lifting energy levels and helping you remain alert. Combining Rosemary, Juniper, Lemongrass, Nutmeg, Idaho Balsam Fir, Clove and Black Pepper, this blend is invigorating and stimulating – the perfect way to kick-start your day!

There are some cautions to note:
If you’ve ever had an epileptic seizure, both EndoFlex and En-R-Gee need to be used with caution, so just use 1 drop of each oil as described above (instead of 5 drops of each), and when you do step 3, use Release or Frankincense oil instead of En-R-Gee up the spine. Also, EndoFlex is not recommended for children under 18 months of age.
Step 2: Nourish your body with NingXia Red
Drink 60ml of NingXia Red, with 4 drops of Young Living Orange or Tangerine oil in it. Add filtered water if desired (as some people like it “neat”, others like it diluted).
This delicious drink is packed full of vitamins and minerals….it’s pure energy for our body! In fact, 60ml of NingXia Red is equivalent in biological activity to consuming 118 heads of broccoli, 200 oranges, or 45,628 almonds!NingXia Red contains pureed NingXia Wolfberries, as well as Blueberry, Plum, Aronia, Cherry and Pomegranate juice, and stevia as a sweetener. The Ningxia Wolfberry puree is obtained from organic goji berries (wolfberries) from the Ningxia Province of China. Located near the Mongolian border, this region is fed by pristine, mineral-rich glacial water, which many attribute as the “secret ingredient” in the wolfberries.These wolfberries are so popular in China, there is even an annual festival to celebrate them! And no wonder:

The Ningxia wolfberries have more Vitamin C than oranges and more beta carotene than carrots, they are high in Xeaxanthin (a nutrient needed by our eyes to optimize vision). The ancient Chinese used wolfberries to maintain the health of their muscles, ligaments, bones, liver, heart, brain and eyes.

There is a famous Chinese text written in 1593 AD. It talks about a wolfberry elixer which was given to an elderly man.

After drinking it, this man “Could walk extremely fast, as if he were flying, and his grey hair turned black again.”

Why? Because mineral loss in the body can cause premature greying of the hair. Support the body to have healthy levels of minerals, and it becomes supple and youthful.

Step 3 – Revitalise with an “En-R-Gee Balance”

If you feel your energy flagging in the day, have a friend give you an “energy balance”. This can also be adapted to do on yourself, with the sections of your spine you can reach.

Place a drop of Awaken oil on your third eye. This is located in the middle of the forehead, a couple of centimetres above the eyebrows.

Caution: Awaken is photosensitive, meaning that this part of your skin (your forehead) needs to be kept out of direct sunlight for 24 hours, ie. wear a hat if you are going into the sun. If that’s not possible, place the Awaken oil under your big toes instead, as this corresponds to the head.

Lie face down, and have your friend drip 3 to 5 drops of En-R-Gee oil up your spine from base of spine to neck. This can be lightly massaged in, or else it can be “feathered in” using the backs of the fingernails to spread the oil up the spine with soft, feather-like movements.

Next, roll over so you are face up, and have your friend put 3 drops of Valor oil under each of your foot, and rotate in a clockwise direction to activate the oil. They can then hold their left palm to the underneath of your left foot, and their right palm to the underneath of your right foot, and hold like this for 5 to 10 minutes.

This will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Step 4: The evening rejuvenation ritual

Each evening, rub 2 to 3 drops of Idaho Balsam Fir on your chest, and a couple of drops of Nutmeg oil over your adrenal area.

You can even put a warm moist towel over the top of your adrenals, and a dry towel over the top of that, and lay on your back for 10 minutes while the warmth of the towel penetrates your tired muscles, and the aroma of Nutmeg oil relaxes and uplifts you.
