OmegaGize³ – The 3 Key Ingredients That Make This a Secret Weapon for Your Health & Vitality

OmegaGize³ is the perfect super nutrient to add to your diet. Why? It’ll send your energy levels through the roof (and that’s just one benefit!)

What if there was one super nutrient that supported your cardiovascular function…and cognitive function…and bone health? Not only that, what if this super nutrient also helped you maintain optimal energy levels – the energy you should have each day?

And, finally, what if this super nutrient was supported by some of the best scientific literature available today?

You might be thinking it’s too good to be true…until you meet OmegaGize³.

Introducing OmegaGize³

OmegaGize³ is different to all the other fish oil supplements on the market. It is truly a Master Supplement, using the power of three key ingredients to boost energy levels, brain function, and bone health.

  • Fish oil
  • Coenzyme Q10 (aka Ubidecarenone)
  • Vitamin D3

Let’s investigate the three core ingredients in OmegaGize³. What makes them so special that you need to incorporate them into your diet today?

Super Nutrient #1: Fish Oil

There’s been a lot of publicity around how great fish oil is for us, because because it’s so rich in life-giving Omega 3’s. But there’s a problem emerging….studies are showing that fish oil becomes rancid as soon as it’s put in that capsule, unless it’s combined with one or more powerful fat-soluble antioxidants to stabilise it.

Rancid fish oil causes a host of negative effects in the body, causing more harm than good….meaning that beautiful fish oil supplement may actually be a danger to your health.

That’s one of the reasons that OmegaGize³ is so unique. It actually incorporate some powerful fat-soluble antioxidants to ensure you get the benefits of the Omega 3, without any of the harmful side-effects.

How does it do this? It incorporates 3 powerful fat-soluble essential oils in order to stabilise the fish oil. These are:

  • Clove
  • German Chamomile
  • Spearmint

Clove oil is the star of the show. With an ORAC value of 1,078,700¹, it’s one of the most powerful antioxidants you’ll ever encounter².

OmegaGize³ also incorporates another fantastic antioxidant in the form of rice tocotrienols³, which are shown to speed up fracture healing⁴ and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease⁵.

So, why do you need fish oil in your diet? It all comes down to the Omega-3 fatty acid content.

Redressing the Balance

Your body needs both Omega-6 and Omega-3 fatty acids. What’s crucial is that you maintain a healthy balance between the two.

Unfortunately, that isn’t happening in today’s world.

According to a 2016 study published in the Nutrients journal, the average person currently has a ratio of Omega 6 to Omega 3 of 20:1. That’s a huge imbalance when the ideal ratio is closer to 2:1.

But it’s not surprising when you consider our diets today.

Omega-6 fatty acids tend to come from fast foods and foods that contain vegetable oils. Those types of food make up so much of our diets!

The fish oil in OmegaGize³ helps to redress that balance by providing you with more of the essential Omega-3s that your body needs.

This offers a cascade of benefits to your body. Scientists even found that maintaining a healthy Omega-6 to Omega-3 ratio is one of the most important dietary factors in the prevention of obesity, when combined with physical activity⁶.

Supporting Cardiovascular Function

One of the chief benefits of fish oil is that it can help you maintain a healthy cardiovascular system.

A 2016 study published in the Circulation journal examined this issue in more detail. Researchers looked at a group of patients who had acute myocardial infarction.

Half received a placebo, with the other half received an Omega-3 supplement.

The study found that those who received the Omega-3 supplement experienced significantly improved cardiovascular function⁷.

Eating fish oil alone is no guarantee that you will avoid heart issues. However, a diet that’s rich in fish oil definitely seems to help, as the National Centre for Complementary and Integrative Health⁸ points out:

“…People who eat seafood one to four times a week are less likely to die of heart disease.”

I know that’s a bit gruesome to talk about, but they do make a good point.

Supporting Cognitive Function

There’s also evidence to suggest that the Omega-3 fatty acids in fish oil can support cognitive health.

A 2015 study published in Alzheimer’s & Dementia: the Journal of the Alzheimer’s Association investigated this.

Researchers examined 819 patients with various cognitive issues, and found that:

The use of fish oil was associated with significantly lower scores on the Alzheimer Disease Assessment Scale and higher mental acuity scores in those with normal cognition⁹.

Super Nutrient # 2: Coenzyme Q10

It’s clear that fish oil has plenty of benefits that make it a super nutrient. But what does Coenzyme Q10, (also known as CoQ10 or Ubidecarenone) bring to the table, apart from being difficult to pronounce?

Ubidecarenone is a coenzyme that’s found in the liver, heart, and kidneys¹⁰, and there are several reasons why it’s used in OmegaGize³.

Maintaining Energy Levels

Have you ever felt that life just drains the energy out of you? You get home from work and lounge around for the rest of the night. Even a good night’s sleep doesn’t seem to do the trick for you. That’s where CoQ10 comes in. There’s a mountain of evidence to suggest that this coenzyme can help you maintain your energy levels.

A 2012 study published in Neuromuscular Disorders looked at how CoQ10 helps with exercise. It found that it leads to a reduction in exercise intolerance¹¹. That means it can help you to deal with the fatigue that comes from keeping yourself fit.

A study published in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research backs this up. Researchers examined 15 sedentary, but otherwise healthy, men. About half received a placebo, with the rest receiving a CoQ10 supplement.

The study found that those using CoQ10 scored lower on the fatigue index.

That means CoQ10 offers clear performance-enhancing effects for exercise¹². Simply put, CoQ10 can help you in the fight against fatigue. The studies show that it helps you maintain your energy levels, even after physical workouts.

It’s an Antioxidant Too

We’ve already mentioned the importance of fat-soluble antioxidants as they relate to fish oil. CoQ10 is also a fat-soluble antioxidant. That means it’s capable of reducing oxidative stress within the body. This has resulted in many healthcare professionals using it as part of an antioxidant strategy¹³.

The oxidative stress issue is of particular importance when it comes to your heart health.

Antioxidants take the fight to the free radicals that cause age-related wear and tear in your body. It’s this wear and tear that often plays a role in the cardiovascular issues related to heart disease.

With CoQ10, you’re giving your antioxidant levels a solid boost, which means free radicals have less of an effect.

A study published in the JACC: Heart Failure journal highlights this. Researchers examined 420 patients who each suffered from heart failure. They found that using CoQ10 over the course of two years lessened their symptoms. Plus, it reduced the risk of death substantially when compared to patients who didn’t use the supplement¹⁴.

Super Nutrient # 3: Vitamin D3

It’s long been recommended that you should spend time in the sun, because exposure to sunlight causes your skin to make Vitamin D3.

That fact may lead to you thinking that you don’t need a Vitamin D3 supplement. After all, you only need to step outside to get your daily dose, right? Unfortunately, that’s not the case…

According to a report published in Nutrition Research, 41.6% of Americans have a Vitamin D deficiency¹⁵.

Another report in the Age and Ageing journal says that the issue affects 1 billion people around the globe!¹⁶

Tackling this deficiency is the reason why OmegaGize³ includes Vitamin D3. And these are the two key reasons why you need more of this vitamin in your life.

Enhancing Cardiovascular Health

Much like the other two core ingredients of OmegaGize³, Vitamin D3 can help to strengthen your cardiovascular system. This is especially the case when used alongside a healthy weight loss program.

A study published in The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition took a closer look. Researchers hoped to discover Vitamin D3’s effects on both weight loss and cardiovascular health.

First…the bad news.

Vitamin D3 will not help you lose weight. You’ll have to rely on a healthy diet and exercise for that. However, the researchers did find that it had an effect on your cardiovascular health when used as part of a weight loss program.

As the study puts it, Vitamin D3¹⁷…

“…Is able to significantly improve several cardiovascular disease risk markers in overweight subjects with inadequate Vitamin D status participating in a weight-reduction program.”

Losing weight enhances your general sense of wellbeing. And by using a Vitamin D3 supplement as part of a weight loss program, you’re strengthening your cardiovascular system.

Supporting Bone Health

OmegaGize³ supports bone health, and it’s Vitamin D3 that’s the major active ingredient in this respect.

As you already know, your body needs calcium to strengthen and maintain your bones¹⁸. But if your bones can’t absorb calcium, they can’t benefit from it. Vitamin D3 promotes calcium absorption, which leads to healthier bones.

As a report in Novartis Foundation Symposium puts it¹⁹.

“Vitamin D is also essential for intestinal calcium absorption and plays a central role in maintaining calcium homeostasis and skeletal integrity.”

More Vitamin D3 means your body makes better use of the calcium that it receives.

Supporting Your Body

The OmegaGize³ supplement’s key ingredients support your body in so many ways. They improve your cardiovascular health, bone strength, and cognitive function. Plus, the use of essential oils in the formula ensures all of these ingredients stay stable, meaning you get the maximum benefits from them.

Most people’s diets simply don’t contain enough of these three ingredients in order to maintain optimal health.

It’s time to change that. Make sure you include OmegaGize³ as part of your daily regime, and take your energy and health to the next level!
