Hi Kat, the photo you see here on the right is a picture that was taken of me about 15 years ago, and it’s one of my favourite pics. A couple of weeks ago, I decided to have some updated pics taken.

When I zoomed in on the raw footage, I noticed some wrinkles around my eyes. I’d love to say they are my smile lines…and of course they are…yet they also remind me that I have a choice.

Succinic Acid

Have you ever heard of Succinic Acid? I hadn’t, until I dived into the research. And…WOW!!!

Succinic Acid is a natural compound that your cells already make inside the mitochondria during the Krebs cycle (the core energy pathway that products ATP, ie. energy for the cells).
